About the Program

Unconscious bias can quietly shape how we perceive people, make decisions, and interact at work often without us realizing it. This workshop will help participants identify their own blind spots, understand how bias influences everyday workplace behaviours and decisions, and develop practical ways to pause, question, and respond more consciously.

The great dividing line between success and failure can be expressed in five words: I did not have time.

Objectives

Recognize common forms of unconscious bias and how they can influence workplace decisions and interactions.

Challenge automatic assumptions and thought patterns that may affect how we perceive and engage with others.

Build greater awareness and practical strategies to foster more inclusive, fair, and objective workplaces.
