Syed Jamshed Ahmed
Syed Jamshed Ahmed is the CEO of PharmEvo. A visionary leader, his expert acumen coupled with ethical approach has led the company to pursue excellence in all spheres. After studying Pharmacy, he completed his MBA from Oklahoma University, USA. He had been associated with companies like, MSD, ICI & G.D. Searle - USA. He also served as the General Secretary of Pakistan Society of Health System Pharmacist (PSHP) & Board of Advisors, Institute of Leadership Excellence.
Muhammad Adnan Azam
Adnan comes with a unique combination of “attention to detail” developed during his Computer Engineering and his ability to “connect the dots” gained during his MBA from Pakistan’s leading institution Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). He is a Certified Facilitator for “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” & a Certified Coach for Dr. Marshall Goldsmith Coaching. He has trained 11,000+ individuals (23 nationalities) on Leadership, Peak Performance, Public Speaking & Innovation from 400+ organizations including Fortune 500 companies in 27 cities & 5 countries globally.
Dr. Masood Jawaid
Dr. Masood Jawaid joined PharmEvo in 2015 with his promising skills in medical research and education. He has developed numerous innovative solutions not just for the Evodians but for healthcare professionals as well. His main area of interest is online education. He is a medical graduate from DMC, did his MCPS, MRCS (Glasgow), and FCPS in surgery. He is also a medical educationist with MHPE qualification. He has more than 100 scientific publications with an H index of 23.
Kashif Shamim
Kashif Shamim has an extensive work experience of more than 16 years with different multinational and national companies in Pakistan as well as in the United Kingdom. Being an agent of inspiration, he aims to assist people in their professional as well as soft skill development. He is a firm believer in modernizing HR functions, revamping systems, and upgrading policies to meet the latest business needs. A thorough people’s person, Mr. Kashif believes in enhancing the intellectual capabilities of employees and equipping them with tools & techniques to perform exceptionally well in the company.
Umaimah Muzzamil
Umaimah Muzzamil is a seasoned healthcare and pharmaceutical professional with extensive leadership experience spanning pharmacy services, pharmacovigilance, healthcare operations, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as Deputy Director at PharmEvo Private Limited, she has held progressive leadership roles over more than 12 years with the organization, alongside significant experience with leading healthcare institutions. Her expertise includes strategic leadership, decision-making, development of systems and policies, stakeholder engagement, pharmacy operations, and regulatory affairs. She has also led training and workshops for pharmacy and hospital staff, retailers, and distributors, and has served as Chairperson of an Institutional Review Board. Umaimah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, an MBA in Marketing & Media Affairs, a Master’s degree in International Relations & Affairs, and training in Project Management and Pharmacovigilance.
Faraz Mehmood Siddiqui
Mr. Faraz Siddiqui embarked on his journey with us in 2011 as an Assistant Product Manager. Since then, his ascent has been nothing short of extraordinary. With a strong foundation in Cardiology and Neuropsychiatry, he now spearheads our digital health portfolio, e-commerce, and corporate marketing initiatives. His innovative, out-of-the-box approach has positioned him as one of the most sought-after pharmaceutical marketers in the industry, particularly for his pioneering contributions to digital health and marketing.
Mehr Mohammad Iqbal
Mehr specializes in Learning & Development, with expertise in instructional design and creating conducive learner experiences that drive meaningful employee development. With a background in organizational psychology and human resource management, she brings a people-centered and evidence-based approach to designing learning solutions, facilitating development initiatives, and fostering continuous learning cultures. Her experience includes developing and delivering impactful learning interventions, applying innovative methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address organizational needs. She is passionate about transforming learning experiences through thoughtful instructional design, engaging digital learning solutions, and development strategies that enhance employee capability, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.
